Terms & Conditions

Legal Entity: “Kamadhenu Constructions (Partnership firm)” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services: We provide (a) property rent/sale assistance, (b) small building construction & related works, and (c) road & civil contracts. Specific deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are set out in quotations, work orders, or agreements issued by us.

Quotations & Pricing: All quotes are estimates based on current assumptions, drawings, and site conditions. Final invoicing may vary due to variations, additional client requests, material price fluctuations, and statutory changes.

Payments: Payment schedules are defined in the quote/contract. Delays in payment may attract interest and/or suspension of work. Taxes are extra as applicable.

Site Conditions & Approvals: Client is responsible for providing access, utilities, drawings/approvals, and timely decisions. Where required, statutory approvals and third-party NOCs are to be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Materials & Warranty: Materials, brands, and specifications will follow the mutually agreed BOQ. Any manufacturer warranty will be passed to the client as available. Workmanship warranty will be as stated in the work order.

Delays & Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, third parties, or client dependencies. Timelines will be suitably extended.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the total professional fees actually received by us for the specific work order giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution: Parties shall attempt amicable settlement. Failing which, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Updates: We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated “Effective Date”.

Sharing: We share information only with trusted service providers (e.g., payment gateways, logistics, subcontractors) strictly for delivering our services, or when required by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Principle: Payments made to Kamadhenu Constructions (Partnership firm) are typically non-refundable once a work order is accepted and resources are allocated. However, we recognize that exceptional situations may arise.

Case-by-Case Review: Refunds or cancellations, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, subject to contractual terms, progress achieved, materials procured, subcontractor commitments, and administrative costs.

How to Request: Submit a written request to kamadhenu0704@gmail.com with your name, contact number, work order/quotation reference, payment date, amount, and reason for the request.

Deductions & Timelines: Approved refunds (if any) may be subject to deductions for actual costs and charges (including payment gateway fees and applicable taxes). Processing timelines will be communicated individually.

No Guarantee: Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. This policy does not limit any rights or obligations specifically agreed in your signed contract or mandated under applicable law.
